Greetings,
On June 10, 2006 the Moon will enter Sagittarius at 1:05am
and stay there for 2 1/2 days. The Full Moon occurs at 2:03pm June
11th is known as the Strong Sun Moon as it reminds us to celebrate
the God's apex of strength with dance and song, aware that after the
solstice (June 21st), his power will begin to wane, and it is the
Goddess- metaphorically pregnant with the fall harvest - who will
dominate our lunar rites for the remainder of the year.
Other important dates this month: June 10 begins the Celtic
Tree Month of the Oak and June 21 is the Summer Solstice.
| Full Moon influence |
 |
|
Listening to the Full Moon 6th interval can be very
satisfying, but if you need more... just let go and give a big
howl at the big beautiful moon!!! Look for the Full Moon to
rise in the east around 8pm EST. (TIP: As the moon wanes, it
will rise later in the evening.)
Lunar power helps us to access our intuition by reaching
into our subconscious. She is the memory of nature and the
Akashic Records. By attuning with this memory we connect
with our natural rhythms and the ease of the flow of life. The
moon also rules all the fluids in the body. A full moon can
bring out the 'lunatics' in all of us as well as show us our
true emotions about a situation.

| Full Moon in Sagittarius |
 |
|
Sagittarius the ninth Sign of the Zodiac, is the home of
the wanderers of the Zodiac and is ruled by Jupiter, the
benevolent father figure. It's the Archer which represents
Sagittarians, although in this case it's a Centaur (half man,
half beast) which is flinging the arrows. Centaurs were the
intellectuals of ancient Roman mythology, and Sagittarians are
quick to consider themselves their modern-day counterparts.
Energies under this sign and time promote clear thinking,
the desire to travel (especially for action and adventure) and
an ability to look at the big picture. This is the prefect
time for a family vacation to a place where you can get a new
outlook on life.

| Therapeutic Applications |
 |
|
One of the most athletic Signs, Sagittarius revels in the
outdoors. It is quite possible that you will be enticed to go
camping, hiking and wandering around. Any hands-on, active
sport, like white water rafting, kickboxing or ice hockey, is
a good time. If you're bored with the mainstream, try
exploring the activities of different cultures. There are
always rain dances to be learned or a martial art to be
mastered. Jogging through an unfamiliar neighborhood will
refresh your spirits. Sagittarius rules the hips and thighs,
and Jupiter rules the liver so pay particular attention to
maintaining your flexibility in your hips and don't imbibe too
much in the spiked summertime punch.
For all those sore muscles you develop from all this
activity, use the Low Zodiac and Chiron (the Centaur) forks
together, right on the sore spots. This combination is also
useful for bruises, sprains and insect bites.

Welcome back again to "The Moon Series": Watch your
e-mail each month for newsletters around the New and Full moon
cycles. Each newsletter will discuss the current astrological
moon cycle and give therapeutic Acutonics applications.
While all moon transits are a very short 2.5 days, the New
Moon sets the stage for the entire moon cycle. The Full Moon
transit reflects the culmination and summit of energies that
have been growing since the new moon. Together, the New and
Full Moon transits outline the overall energies at work during
the month and give us guidance as to the best way to approach
our life and challenges. With our Acutonics tools we have a
powerful way to channel and amplify these natural cycles for
healing and health.
I hope you enjoy this new series and I invite you to share
this newsletter with your clients and colleagues.
Peace and Harmony,
Beth
